Many have asked about my "day" job. The following video allows for one to sneak a peek in the kitchen of the restaurant I work. The video (from 04 Dec 2008) was initially taken to document the mishap my buddy Tim had while cracking pepper over a guest's salad, I then went on to do a quick tour:
